EEC Families,
As we move forward into the holiday season I want to say thank you. In 2019 when I took over ownership and leadership of EEC, I went over every what-if I could think of and anyone else I knew could think of that could be thrown my way. Amazingly, no one had global pandemic on their lists of things to consider when buying a business. These last two years have been a roller coaster, sometimes not knowing what a week would look like until it was over.
However, a few things remained consistent. EEC has amazing teachers and classroom staff, and an administrative staff that make sure the ship never sinks in the strongest of storms. They deserve thanks beyond measure. They have shown up for the last 18 months in the most uncertain of times. They have provided care, love, kindness, and consistency to our children every single day. Please help me in thanking them, they are unsung heroes.
Secondly, I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude to each of you. Some of you have been with EEC for a decade, some are within your first months. But every day you have a choice to trust us with the care of your child, and we do not take that trust lightly. You have trusted my leadership throughout completely uncertain times, and we have really weathered this storm together. All of you have faced unknown challenges throughout the pandemic and we hope we have provided support to you and your family. You have shown grace and patience as we have updated our systems and had to change policies with little notice. Thank you for your kind words, notes of support, and hugs along the way. Because of all of you and your recommendations and word of mouth advertising EEC is thriving. We could not do it without each of you as well.
